A spiritual festival will be organized in Delhi sector on 8-11 August 2024. Its contents will have a positive impact on the Ananda Marga community and its spiritual and social growth. The conference will come to educate all the members of Ananda Marga on educational initiatives, social welfare, philosophical and structural understanding, and global outreach in order to establish structural solidarity organizational management, leadership training, and different approaches integrating neohumanism and leadership practices for holistic development, expansion of love, and care beyond human beings to all living entities and the environment. The approach of the conference is neohumanism and universal brotherhood, promoting universal love and compassion and keeping in mind ethical values, moral standards and integration, and emotional intelligence to create a drive in a positive direction and promote an inclusive and compassionate environment.
Many practical workshops and trainings will be given during the program. The organization is taking a shift in different directions by means of a neohumanistic, service-oriented approach to leadership, ethical conduct, digital and spiritual integration, community welfare, and sustainable development. Overall management of various departments and sections will be enlightened and have a better understanding and clear conceptions which have been given by Baba – Shrii Shrii Anandamurtijii. The organization is also going to keep in view that the members who have been working sincerely and giving good output and staying well-connected with the organization, the organization is always committed to their spiritual growth and all-around well-being.
This program is entirely designed by the organization to enable the empowerment the individuals and promote organizational growth through gaining clarity through different workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions.
